Rohan Neville
Managing Director
Rohan brings over 15 years of real estate and funds management expertise across Australia and New Zealand, having been involved in over $2 billion worth of property transactions and debt investments spanning office, industrial, residential, childcare, and healthcare projects.
Prior to establishing Torres Capital Partners, Rohan served as Director at Intermediate Capital Group and held senior investment and asset management positions at ARA Asset Management (now ESR), Arena REIT and Jones Lang LaSalle. His diverse experience across multiple real estate sectors and capital structures provides Torres Capital Partners with deep market insights and extensive industry relationships.

Duncan Scott
Executive Director
Duncan brings over 35 years of property sector expertise, leading multi-disciplinary teams across development, project management, and asset management. Throughout his career, he has been involved in $5 billion of projects spanning commercial office, healthcare, retirement, retail, education, industrial and residential developments across Australia.
His operational experience includes directorships at Hass Development Management and Project Planning Management, providing outsourced development and project management services. Duncan's earlier roles at Lendlease, Burns Bridge and Triden Contractors established his foundation in large-scale project delivery and construction management.

James Wright
Executive Director
James brings over 18 years of international property experience with expertise across acquisition, divestment, valuation, development, and asset management in both Australia and Europe. He has executed $1.5 billion worth of property transactions across office, industrial, and residential sectors in Australia.
His international experience includes serving as Head of Capital Transactions at Bayley Stuart, with previous roles at ESR and EY in Australia and JLL, Barclays Corporate Bank and DTZ in London. This global perspective enables Torres Capital to apply international best practices to Australian market opportunities.
